Trip to West Reservoir Centre

The aim of the programme was to create thought-provoking activities to show that science is behind every action we take.

The day was split into three activities for the pupils to take part in; nature hunting, starting conversations about reducing climate change and the highlight of the day for all, which was sailing. For many students, this was their first time in a boat and some were not confident in the water. The students demonstrated great resilience and courage and within no time they were on the water in their boats.

The pupils were incredible representatives of Woodside throughout the whole day and it was a pleasure to accompany them on the trip.
