The Inclusion Department works alongside all teachers and staff in the school to provide access to the curriculum for those with special educational needs and disabilities. The SENDCo, team of Mentors, Student Support Centre Manager, counsellor and team of Teaching Assistants work with teachers and students in lessons and during specific intervention time, to ensure all students have access to the support they need in school.
We also co-ordinate support from our speech and language therapist, our behaviour therapist, Haringey Emotional Wellbeing Service, educational psychologists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
Please see the linked documents for families to help navigate the government changes to SEND and the new Code of Practice as well as the school policy and information report. If you have any queries, please contact the SENDCo, Ms A. Gokay, at the school.
