Wood Green Crown Court Trip

A group of 10 year 11 students had the opportunity to visit the Wood Green Crown Court and meet 3 judges as well as defence barristers.

This was my favourite trip that I’ve been on throughout the time I’ve been at this school. I’m keen on following a law path to become a barrister. This allowed me to prepare questions and ask the judges and defence barristers about their careers. I got lots of detailed responses which really helped me.

We went to a variety of Court rooms and watched courts in session which enhanced my understanding of law in general and how Crown Courts work.
